Provide diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy on an outpatient basis in a health clinic. Complete all required documentation including progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans. Provide mental health support for clients who are being seen in the medical clinic. Facilitate group therapy at partner schools in the community, focusing on the needs of the students in the school. Provide in-home and virtual therapeutic services to families consistent with the Multi-Systemic Therapy model. Teach cognitive behavioral skills to parents. Use motivational interviewing skills to quickly engage and assess the family members in intensive treatment. Meet with the family for an average of 10 hours per week. Assess new shelter residents for any untreated mental health issues. Provide individual and group therapy to shelter residents as needed. Coordinate care with outside providers and county workers in order to ensure the shortest stay in the shelter possible.
